Last night my friend Nicole came over for wine, chatting, and Jersey Shore! There are quite a few Nicoles in my life at the moment, but me and this Nicole have been friends since elementary school! I LOVE having friends you've known forever, and who know everything about you, I feel they give some pretty good advise! Anyways, a glass of wine led to a bottle, which led to two bottles...haha and I am hung the fuck over. Oopsies! Luckily it's Friday and possibly the best weekend EVER!! I'm going to Craft tonight for Trevyn's birthday EXTRAVAGANZA!! Flames game tomorrow night with my papa, and perhaps meeting up with Casey later for some dancing at the Drum, I also have a yoga workshop this weekend!! Operation socialize and be fit!! I'm really trying to tone the ol' caboose lately. When you're running on the treadmill do you ever wonder what people are thinking about your bum? Lately I've been thinking these thoughts are running through onlookers heads: "Damn, that girl's ass is flat." "Oh god, someone needs to tone." "FLABBY ASS ALERT!!!" haha I'm sure I'm sure making a mountain out of a mole hill, but hopefully this weekend of yoga will firm up my derriere!
Yesterday during work I had the best idea ever!! Use my $50 Banana Republic gift card to buy my best bud Nicole a birthday present! I walk into Banana and see cute shirts EVERYWHERE. This rarely happens for me at Banana, I'm not gonna lie, I usually book it right to the clearance section. After picking out several cute shirts for myself, I finally make it to the back of the store and the only thing I can find that would make a good
gift for Nicole is a scarf. BORING! Plus I gave her a scarf last year, and possibly the year before...haha scarfs just make for a really easy gift, and they're so soft!! After giving up on trying to find Nicole a gift at Banana, I decided to say FUCK IT and by myself a little something! Clearly I fail at buying friends thoughtful gifts, yet I win when it comes to buying myself fabulous new items! I ended up getting Nicole some Hemp lotion and lip gloss at the tanning salon. MMM the tanning salon. I'm definitely going to have to make an appearance there tonight!
