Marathon Training/Legs Falling off

Happy Hump Day Afternoon!!

Well, May has snuck up on me!! I have days to book off that I haven't yet, a marathon to run that I've just started training for, and Mel's BIRTHDAY!! Like woah, May's a busy one!!

I've been looking up marathon schedules today, and I'm not too far off what the schedule suggests. The only major thing I have yet to incorporate into my weekly training is a "long run" once a week. This "long run" is pretty much a half marathon, aka 26km. I've uped my daily lunch time runs to 10k, so if I keep on that track and add a weekly long run into my life, I'm golden!! Side effect of running 10k at lunch: my legs feel like jelly.

It's my dad's retirement party May 5th, and I still have to book it off work...that's next Friday!! It's at 3:00, so I just need a couple hours off. Work is such SHIT. Today is Secretary Day, or Admin Professionals day or some horse shit. I'm soooo studying for my English test tonight!!!! I really want to see American Reunion!!! For some reason my bf doesn't want to see it...I don't remember why. I think it looks funny!! I follow Jason Bigg's wife of twatter and she's freaking hilarious!

Alright...back to work...almost home time :)
